This week on Thursday, September 28th 20:00 PM IL Time, we will host Yael Goodman – Founder of RUN JLM Running Tours.
Born and raised in Jerusalem, Yael began leading tours following her Army service as a commander, eventually becoming a trainer for one of Israel’s leading tour guide courses and a licensing examiner at the Israeli Ministry of Tourism for new guides.
In 2019 she founded RUN JLM running tours in Jerusalem combining her love for Jerusalem, guiding and running. Yael is back to guiding walking tours in Jerusalem and continues to develop her business .

Netanel Barak – Experienced Hebrew Teacher, IDF Reserves Major, and Bible Collector,
I’m Netanel Barak, a Hebrew teacher with over 15 years of experience. Alongside my teaching career, I have various other roles and interests. I am a proud husband and father of six, and I serve as a Major (Res.) in a Special Forces reserves division of the IDF. Additionally, I’m an amateur football player and passionate about collecting Bibles.
Qualifications and Achievements:
- Master’s degree (magna cum laude) in Hebrew Bible Studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Bar Ilan University.
- Bachelor’s degree (magna cum laude) in Hebrew Bible Studies and Jewish Studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
- Teaching certificate from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and the Israeli Ministry of Education.
- Graduate of “Revivim – an Excellence Training Program for Teachers of Jewish Studies” at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
